Antwan was excellent. Fixed all the issues I had with great ease and communicated throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company mainly because of him.
On July 22, 2025 we hired United Air Temp to install an AC/Heat pump system. From the day the unit was installed it had been a nightmare. July 23, company was called because the ac was not blowing enough cool air, manager came out and realized that the technician did not install a new thermostat . A technician was sent out and added Freon. July 24, manager installed a new thermostat and we complained that the ac was not cooling enough. 1st Tech sent needs to go back for more training. 2nd Tech was the Best by Far! He was very knowledgeable & polite. He went out of his way ( Home Depot) to get parts that he didn't have that was needed. He restored my faith in United Air Temp. I will definitely call them when needed again.
