We’ve used this company before for AC maintenance and had a great experience—no issues, they came on time, and everything was straightforward (this was about 2 years ago). This time felt different. Our service window was 9am–2pm, and the technician didn’t call until 2pm to say he was still about 50 minutes away and on his way. I asked how long the job would take, and he said around 30 minutes.
