The United Air Temp tech Nick was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained to me his diagnosis, gave me options when he found that there was more work to be done, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He made several phone calls to his supervisors to make sure I got the best deal and that we all understood the process of working with my insurance company. A+ work. I’m looking forward to seeing him again when he finishes the work.
When I called over the weekend, United Air Temp quickly made an appointment to diagnose my issue. Their tech - Melvin - arrived on time two days later and did a thorough assessment. I was worried that our AC unit had completely died, but he identified an issue with the electronics on our damper and helped with a quick fix pending a later replacement.
