Your man was an hour late for the 9am appointment Thursday. I have a leaf cover on the condenser unit he put it back on upside down. The air handler is in the attic he did not have a ladder.I had to go get mine for him to use He said he would email me my receipt.I still have not received one.
Service tech was timely, informative, thorough, and friendly.
