When I tell you a terrible experience, I mean appalling; all the way up to the manager. My bathroom sink was clogged. AHS sent United on Mar3. The tech said the sink clog was cleared and left. I go to use the sink an hour later, and water starts gushing from under the cabinet. Schedule a recall for Mar6, no show no call. Call United they say no available appts, i have to be on standby the entire next day, Mar7. Finally at 6pm the tech shows, allegedly fixes it. If I could give 0 starts I would. This company is TRASH!!!! I have a new unit (not even 3 years old) that I have to call for every 6 months to get service this is not an exaggeration! I truly believe the techs that work for this company are clueless and have no idea what they’re doing. Nobody can seem to fix my A/C unit properly.
Brent was amazing! I had a leak and Brent assessed the problem and fixed the issue. I know sometimes techs can give you the run around but not Brent. I appreciate the insight on the next steps and how I can avoid this in the future. He was kind and friendly.
