I cannot say enough good things about Marco from United Air Temp. He was absolutely magnificent! Seconds after opening the electrical panel of my outside HVAC system, he spotted the issue immediately. Before he even touched a tool, he took the time to walk me through the entire situation. He amusingly explained that the run capacitor was completely inoperable and needed to be replaced. I have been using United Air Temp for years and have had no complaints. However, in January 2026, a technician came out for the standard maintenance and told me that I needed a surge protector for my furnace. He said that he could do it for a lot less than an electrician. He installed the surge protector in my circuit breaker. Shortly after that, I noticed that the lights in my basement would not work.
