If I could give zero stars, I would. This company not only failed to do their job correctly, but they put my family in serious danger through carelessness — and then tried to sweep it under the rug. We paid cash — not financed — for a brand-new A/C and furnace, installed on June 9th. Installation day seemed fine, the A/C worked well at first.
