THE WORST EVER. They came to my home, charged me a ton of money to look at my leaky faucet and then left, saying he had to order a part. It has been 7 days and now the water is running CONSTANTLY and they won't come out to fix it until their part arrives and now I have a dangerous emergency situation with constantly running and leaking water in my home. It's a LEAKY FAUCET. Couldn't they get the part from Home Depot? DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!
Antwan came to fix my shower cartridge. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The leak was fixed and he was helpful in discussions with maintenance. I would definitely hire them again. Plumbing issue
My in laws were without air for a month because of these people. They didn't need to be put through this. We found Nelson's through Google reviews and they fixed the problem in under an hour and said there were lots of mistakes. United Air Temp came out multiple times and ordered the "wrong" part, then something else was on back order. No new parts were needed! Avoid United Air Temp at all costs. They just got sold according to a Google search and maybe all their good techs are gone. Really sad to put elderly people through ... read more
THE WORST!! I requested plumbing services for two leaky faucets. The UAT technician came to my home, charged me $100, then left saying he couldn't fix it because it "wasn't up to code," that "too much water pressure was coming into the house," and that I "needed a pressure reducing valve" which would cost additional funds. After paying for a technician to come look at my furnace, John stated I needed a new piece in order for my furnace to blow out, but after replacing the piece, it still didn't work. So he tells me that it's my PVC exhaust pipe that is clogged up from a bird nest, and I would have to get a chimney sweep. I'm like a chimney sweep, but it's not my chimney. After calling several chimney companies, they all tell me that they don't do anything with duct or exhaust pipes from the furnace, I have to call a HVAC company. So I guess si... read more
