I scheduled an appointment with the company to get my Water Heater replaced. I was thinking about converting my tank water heater to electric tankless water heater. Not too many companies deal with installing electric tankless water heaters. This company is the few that does it. This company gets five stars because of the service tech who was professional, patient and efficient in making my plumbing repair. He made sure I understood my issue and answered all my questions. He deserves the 5 stars! Unfortunately I do not recall my service tech's name. However, the company can findcout and reward him for his great service. The company was great in calling me to set up an appointment after my initial service request through my warranty company.
