I had warranty for a replacement motor, Mike would not honor it and I am out the cost of the motor. I don't know the cost of the motor because it was not broken down on our invoice. Had a written 30 day warranty on his work and replaced parts but he would not honor that either. So sad & $500 I lost and on a fixed income, motor he replaced is so loud it's hard to sleep.
Placed in wrong place initally but here it is: Having suffering issues with my A/C for 10 years, I just have to say this is the one company and person that listened to me, and made everythng perfect. Just wished I had approached them earlier...5 star review as far as I am concerned with using this company!
Mike of united air is great! I had a problem with my a/c unit at 10:30pm and gave him a call, not only did he have the part I needed to get it fixed, but he came right over and got it all hooked up for me at a great price! Thanks Mike!
