Calvin James came out today for routine maintenace. He was punctual, called prior to arrival. He was respectful and he explained everything he was doing. He also showed me how I can maintain the drainage line and keep it clean until the next maintenance is due. Will definitely use United Air Conditioning again. Thank you
Very pleased with the serviceman very polite explained everything and fixed my problem
Although I had the system checked two weeks ago, a plugged up drainage line was not cleared then. Today it was. I have an extended service contract, but that was not reflected in today’s bill. The tech said he would advise his office so it can be adjusted. I’ve used United Air Conditioning for several years and they have always treated me well.
