Mr. Jack Lopresto, our customer service specialist and service technician from United Air Conditioning, provided our annual maintenance check on our air conditioning unit this week. He was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and thorough. He took time to make sure that all parts of our system were clean, both inside and outside our home. We very much appreciated his work, as a member of the United AC team! I am always happy to recommend United Air Conditioning to our neighbor and friends!

Scheduled yearly maintenance appointment a week ago. Technician arrived without air filter which I specifically requested when making appointment. It would have been nice to get a phone call informing me of this so I could reschedule the appt, rather than taking 2 days off work, for when the filter arrives. Also, technician was not able to address Trane error codes on thermostat, 2nd time this has happened. Additionally, did not receive an email receipt of today's visit.
Purchased 2 central units at one location & 1 for another over a period of many years, & they are still who I call prn! Great company, great employees. Thanks, Kevin, for the quick diagnosis & fix today. Thanks Dameon! Problem solved, job well done. Nice to know I can always rely on United A/C.
