We’ve trusted United with all of our AC needs for over four years, and they’ve always been reliable and professional. Recently, we had an issue after a service call, and they immediately sent another technician to recheck everything. This time, one of their seasoned techs, Dale, went through the system thoroughly and gave us complete peace of mind. United has consistently gone above and beyond, and we continue to rely on them with confidence.
United AC staff are always competent and courteous. Calvin is friendly and efficient.
United has been my go-to since moving to Florida. I do the annual maintenance contract, and I get annual maintenance and if I have a problem, they are out the same day. In my last home, they came out on a Saturday and a Sunday (no extra weekend fee since I do the maintenance contract). They are on-time for scheduled service and either call or text when on their way. I highly recommend.
