We were having terrible freezing issues with our AC unit and were also experiencing very uneven balance in the airflow throughout our house. It took a bit of back and forth to get everything situated but United stood behind their work and we finally have a comfortable house again! Shoutout to Nate, he was a fantastic service tech, even after all the hardship our system put him through. Also shoutout to Jerry, the VP who took the time to come personally diagnose an issue that others had missed.
very prompt,professional, friendly explained all things wrong, found leak n filled my a/c with refrigerant cooling, was 80degrees when they arrived set at 77 ! now 5 days later nice and cool 77degress set at 77degres. very happy with this company n will have them perform service/maintenance again in 1 year!

William Brown did an excellent job in servicing my A/C System.
Calvin James completed a thorough assessment of our A/C thermostat and determined it was working correctly. He then checked the air handler and compressor, and found the compressor capacitor was blown out. Replaced the capacitor and the compressor started working and the house started cooling down. Calvin knew exactly where to look and what to look for, very efficient in his troubled-shooting. Look forward to having Calvin work on the unit again if we have issues in the future.
