Extremely disappointed with this insurance company and its handling of claims. One of their insured truck drivers caused damage to my brand new vehicle, and after three weeks, the issue remains unresolved. This agency and there workers are great. My dad is an older gentleman and the workers there really helped them out to get a good insurance rate for his truck. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to help him get a good low rate with the coverage my dad needs.
