My experience with United AG was great. Kayla was very helpful from the initial sale through delivery, including tracking down an add-on and having it delivered from another location. Delivery rep was great too, explaining features and process in detail.
The team at Ag & Turf truly are an example of above/beyond with customer service. My mom has used them for over 10 years and they have been honest/trustworthy when dealing with her. Never once have they ever up charged her for any sort of service, always fair and at times done extra without billing. I can’t say enough about the entire company.
I was pleasantly surprised with Scott the repair manager when he gave me straight forward answers to what was wrong with my tractor. It was junk in so many words. No bullshitting. I bought an S-110 from them. Thank you Kayla for your professionalism in sealing the deal on the tractor. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. 10’s all the way around for this company. Thank you
My initial interaction was with Kayla. She was incredible, keeping me updated of the status of my delivery and answering any questions that I had. Even emails were answered, usually within an hour. The delivery person was very professional, took his time show me the operation of the S100 tractor, and also answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend United Ag & Turf to anyone who wants to deal with professionals.
