Came in unprepared but the guys at the counter were able to help me with incredible knowledge. Highly recommended this location for your Deere needs.
I had an issue with my lawn tractor that has been happening and the employees @ United AG went way above and beyond for me to get the issue resolved. The Service Manager and the General Manager both had no problem giving me their time and consideration to solve the problem as a courtesy! The gentleman who has picked up and delivered my Tractor to my home multiple times is always great to deal with as well. I cannot say enough about the staff at United Ag and Turf. I inherited a rider mower which wasn't starting. From my first phone call, Bob was helpful, friendly, and got me scheduled for pick up the next day. The team member who came out was only supposed to pick up the machine; instead, he troubleshooted here and got it running, saving me so much time and money! What a gem of a local company :)
Real good experience with these guys in regards to resolving some issues I was experiencing with my tractor. Highly recommend. Prompt courteous service, knowledgeable technicians.
