I needed service performed on my Tractor and when I called they do not service equipment although their website says they do. I'm sure they sell and have parts however I needed to travel further for servicing.
Easy to get to, parts for my mower were in stock and Peter at the parts counter was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Thank you Peter for all your help with my old 1997 345! Peter is a excellent parts person even trying to find parts via jd or nos he will go above and beyond. Highly recommended parts guy!
Exceptional customer service, and parts dept. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to parts and service.
BEWARE - They sold me an S120 lawn tractor and delivered it to my residence since it won't fit in an SUV. Now they won't pick it up for maintenance. Nobody stated that when we bought it and asked about maintenance pickup & delivery. I wouldn't recommend them for anything now !
