Recently purchased second 5 series tractor from United Ag and Turf Swanton. Once again it was an excellent experience. Sales and service department have been great to deal with and respond quickly. Highly recommend United Ag and Turf Swanton.
Best Custommer experience ever! My husband and I originally ordered a lawn mower from Lowe’s, but they not only did not deliver the mower on the specified date, when called about the delivery status, they said they could not load it on the truck and now we have to wait another week to get it. Eric Severy is a rockstar. He knows his stuff and is legitimately interested in finding the right fit tractor for customers. For me that was a 3038E and then he worked hard to get it to the right price point.
In June 2024, I bought a John Deere S240 from Mark at United Ag in Swanton. It was, hands down, one of the best and most seamless purchases I have made in a very very long time. I don’t know about other United Ags, but the people at the Swanton branch (especially Mark) are wonderful—knowledgable, customer oriented and accommodating. Just bought a used 1026r and was super impressed. The salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We never felt any pressure throughout the process. Felt like my used purchase was just as important as a new sale. And it was actually brought here for me, from NY; still no pressure. After the sale I felt good about it too.
