Very impressive. The shop completed work on my John Deere lawn mower and I was not pleased with some aspects of the service. The Manager called me and we chatted about my concerns. He apologized and did everything to make things right. Wonderful customer service!! Thank you!!!!!!
Incredible, was able to get the parts I needed for my baler with no issues. Also they have treated me incredible from when I got my 990 over 20 years ago.
