Very helpful and informative.
Dropped off a lawn mower for servicing, tune up, cleaning. I called them 3 weeks later and asked about progress. I was told that the mower needed a new carburetor and estimated cost would be $464.00! I picked up the mower and was astonished to see I had to pay $146.00 for the estimate! They didn’t do anything else. Won’t ever go to this place again
Their disorganization and failure to adequately address a problem led to 3k of work to be done. Also they had my tractor for 3 months! Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer, like maybe the dealer in Millbury. I found them to be much better.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at United Ag & Turf in Lancaster, MA. Byron was awesome to work with from start to finish—friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I purchased a John Deere X758, and Byron took the time to understand what I actually needed, walked me through the different options and specs, and I never felt pushed or rushed.
