Super friendly staff.i did a pick up order and it was ready super quick. Had everything I needed in stock. They were also friendly letting my son climb and sit in all the tractors. Really clean show room and nice variety of stuff. 5 stars

I recently bought an excellent condition, and very reasonably priced Meteor inverted snow blower from Byron Cleveland at United Ag in Lancaster, Mass. Byron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we made a deal over the phone I drove down the next day from Vermont. The blower was in the shop attached to a tractor so I could see (and hear!) it run. He has always wanted a 'tractor/mower'. I shuddered at the expense. We worked with Adam and he was very detailed in getting me some quotes and best pricing he could. We pulled the trigger . There was a bit of a hiccup in communication about a part that did not work properly; but Adam stepped up and Colleen took care of all the details and made sure our brand new tractor was repaired. Thank you to the tech who came here in the freezing cold and the crew at United Ag & Turf for standing behind the product.
