Working with James Harrelson has been a wonderful experience. From start to completion of our purchases he went above and beyond the call of duty. Hubby and I are new to all this farming stuff and equipment needed and James has no problem with us calling him for advice and help. I would highly recommend if you need anything from United AG and Turf James at the Crockett store is your person to see or call. Very poor customer service no have always had problems from Crockett that’s why I most often drive farther just so I don’t have to deal with them. Parts department sucks
Will never deal with these people again. Sales person wouldn't help after I purchased my zero turn. Said nothing could be done. Then today went to pickup a part for my lawnmower parts department said they had one. Made a trip to Crockett 25 miles one way showed up and they didn't have the part. Waisted time and fuel!!!
