Marlon was extremely helpful in helping with the cable needed to fix the Gator. He then volunteered and printed out the parts and cable diagram for me. He gave me his number so I could take a pic of exactly what broken to ensure the correct part purchased. Thanks Marlon!
Update - I originally left a poor review, but am updating it now. Once Alex became involved, the service was top notch. All of my concerns were promptly addressed and Alex went above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate that he reached out to me promptly once he became aware of the situation and resolved it in a polite and professional manner. They have won me back as a customer.
