William Foster remotely diagnosed a starting problem with my John Deere tractor and recommended a working solution within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional.
I loaded a swather at this place 14 wide 900 mi trip to Missouri. I ended up paying them almost $600 up front before they'd even start taking tires off. Only took the forklift operator an hour take the tires off. Basically charging me for 3 and 1/2 hour work order. Service shop foreman as no common sense. As chip on his shoulder and he's a royal ass. Got to up date this, upper management got a hold of me we work things out they did great
