I have recently received outstanding service from my parts service rep-Jackson. They did not have the part I needed in stock, so he check with another local hardware store that stocked Stilh equipment and parts to see if they had the part I needed in stock. They did and I was able to get the part. Wow! What other company would have people that think at that level for customer service?
Best service ever! Sierra was instrumental in getting my tractor repaired in 24 hours.

Highly recommend the field service of William Foster. He minimized downtime and cost by his quick ability to identify the issue with my tractor and fix the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly to work with. I highly recommend him.
