This is my second experience with United AG and Turf’s service department in Ennis, TX. Both times they were very professional and completed the requested repairs as quickly as possible. The latest repair was far more involved than the first one so it took longer but I am confident that they did a thorough job in fixing a number of serious issues with my JD 2210 compact tractor. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
My husband and I had a pleasant purchasing experience with Justin Nabors. We walked in looking to buy our first sit down lawn mower. The store was clean and well organized. We had already visited other stores and looked at different brands. Home Depot and Lowe’s have the same model. Ultimately we decided to go with a John Deere at United Ag and Turf because of the service they provide. You will simply not get this at Home Depot or Lowe’s.
