Heather Gates was astonishing. She is an incredible compliment to this company in Marble Falls, along with her supervisor. My John Deere zero turn Z Trac mower got stuck on a stump. Their location in Marble Fallls is far from our location in North Texas, so she put me in touch with Farmers Branch, but they were scheduled at least three weeks out. Bought a used gator from the Marble falls location and when we arrived we were greeted immediately by Misty which got us the full attention of Harry Jukes and Jeromy Sarg for the showing of the gator and ultimately the purchase. The customer service was outstanding and all questions about the vehicle got answered by Jeromy or Tommy in service as we had never owned a utv before.
