Can’t say enough great things about the team at United. We had a horrible experience with another JD shop who had our tractor for 6 weeks trying to install a 3rd function (SCV) and I ended up picking it up because uses the couldn’t get it to work. Even though the problem that I had was a Honda lawnmower under recall which they normally don't work on, Rychie went above and beyond to see that my problem was resolved, and even gave us a get-well card since she knew that my wife was in the hospital. Thanks, Rychie !!!
