“I ain’t touching it” - Matthew service department “I ain’t digging through parts bins to find a top link ball” - parts desk guy grey beard and hair Guy that works in the middle at the parts desk hung up on me because he couldn’t wait on me to read a serial number he wanted, then he hung up again because I read it to fast.

I contacted the UA&T service team to get support for my John Deere 5103 tractor that suddenly would not start. We scheduled an appointment to have a mechanic visit me. Rick Foster, one of the leads in the service area, then proactively reached out, letting me know he had an idea about what the problem might be. He texted me a diagram that showed the likely culprit (part!) and a link to the e-manual. I followed his instructions and within an hour was able to get the tractor started.
