Absolutely pathetic and rude customer service!! At the point of sale, they will tell you that they will explain how different attachments work and then want to charge $170/hr for basic expalanation of how to use equipment. Beware of purchasing from them!!!
Very happy with their service. We had a snow storm and I needed skid shoes for my John Deere plow and they had them. I appreciate their patience with me in getting that part last minute.
