Great service and atmosphere
trying to get someone to answer the phone is almost impossible and I dropped off something to get fixed they never called me to say it was done and didnt answer my calls asking about it.

Waited about 30 minutes but employees were too busy. Part of the problem is that it is set up like a car dealership and there are no prices or info sheets with anything. You have to go to the employees desk to find out information. Seems to be a very, very slow way to do business. I had an idea of what I wanted as many people likely do with the internet available.
