Rob Demerski was phenomenal. Even it was late afternoon on the day before a holiday, he never rushed us in any way, and was a wealth of information about the John Deere we were interested in. He explained everything thoroughly during our purchase transaction, and was friendly and helpful! 8/10/26 We returned to United Ag & Turf to have our John Deere serviced. Everyone was awesome, and our lawn mower is running smoothly again. Ian and Rob D. and Devin were especially helpful, and we felt very well-cared for.
I have owned a John Deere before, bought it from a dealer and had a very good experience. I need to buy a lawn tractor and wanted a John Deere again. Called the Greenfield store to confirm that they had units on site for me to look at which the person who answered the phone confirmed. Was also told that if they did not have what I wanted, they could work with the other locations to find what I needed. My experience with the sales department was great. Rob and Joe took good care of me and were able to swap me out into a model I wanted before the one I had on order came in. They took the time to answer my questions and got me in the machine that I wanted—John Deere x394. The initial service and the condition it was delivered in I was a little less than pleased. Dropped my FS45 lawn trimmer on 7/3/2025 (would not start) called me 7/29/2025 estimate cost 262.61(really) another $200 +- to get fixed. Unacceptable, trying to sell a new one? Last time doing business with you. My friends and colleagues will know also. New review: just want to say that United reached out the next day and apologized for my experience. Refunded all but $75.00 for a reasonable estimate. Great to see they read there reviews and follow up.
