Jd S 130 Running roughly had it picked up, took two days, took several more days for a mechanic to look at it. Was told there was debris in the fuel system including the tank. Although the mower is less than a year old and had less than seven operating hours warranty would not cover the repair and would cost $1200 . I told them to not proceed and found another mechanic. Who checked it out and found no debris and had the mower running for $100. Obviously I will not be going back to you for any repair.

Update to my April 29th review. Got a message from Jason, Business Operations Manager-Territory 6, and he wanted to investigate my experience and work to correct it. We discussed the pricing model, work efforts, and customer focus. After an internal review and learning session with his team, Jason agreed to refund the tank cleaning portion of my invoice. Great effort to win me back as a customer and provide a learning opportunity for his team in Mineola. Thanks Jason for your approach, professionalism, and results.

Took my Z355 zero turn mower in for a $289.00 tune up special. 1 and 1/2 weeks later got an estimate for $1450.00!! Tech stated there was debris in the carburator and in the fuel tank and it needed a brand new carburator. I asked them to just clean the carb and they stated they don't do that?!?!? What kind of shop won't do basic maintenance? They stated it takes longer to clean than to put on a new one for $1100?!? I asked them to clean the fuel tank and they still charged me $500 just for that! Complete bullshit I say... read more
