Needed to see if I could get a part for my 6400. Called the parts department went through the promps and the phone rang for over 5 minutes with not even one person picking up. Called back 5 minutes later got someone in service asked for parts was transferred and the phone rang so long it was sent to voice mail wich was full then hung up on me.
