I have a Z325, zero turn still under warranty. Their service is far from good. Terrible way of following up and will take months to get a brand new zero turn to get repaired if something goes south. Don’t buy John Deere if you think you will get good service, at least in this zip code.
Heidi and Matt are very thorough, very attentive. They always do an excellent job on maintaining and repairing my farm equipment.
