Customer service at this location is non-existent! We entered the store and found no one minding the store! Two people were talking in an office and completely ignored us; an older man (possibly a customer?) was sitting at the parts counter; and so we wandered throughout the store, looking for an associate so we could purchase a replacement seat, tractor cover, and a fertilizer spreader. Clean store, great salesman overall good experience. Ask for Jacob when you go in! Nothing beats a honest salesman.
A very good experience throughout. From the purchase to the follow up to make sure everything was in working order to scheduling a repair on one of the lights. Excellent customer service.
