Update to my April 29th review. Got a message from Jason, Business Operations Manager-Territory 6, and he wanted to investigate my experience and work to correct it. We discussed the pricing model, work efforts, and customer focus. After an internal review and learning session with his team, Jason agreed to refund the tank cleaning portion of my invoice. Great effort to win me back as a customer and provide a learning opportunity for his team in Mineola. Thanks Jason for your approach, professionalism, and results.

Took my Z355 zero turn mower in for a $289.00 tune up special. 1 and 1/2 weeks later got an estimate for $1450.00!! Tech stated there was debris in the carburator and in the fuel tank and it needed a brand new carburator. I asked them to just clean the carb and they stated they don't do that?!?!? What kind of shop won't do basic maintenance? They stated it takes longer to clean than to put on a new one for $1100?!? I asked them to clean the fuel tank and they still charged me $500 just for that! Complete bullshit I say... read more

I just want to share my experience with United AG &Turf in Bryan. I had a issue with my zero turn that I was unable to deal with I took it to United and talk to service Justin Blalock to be exact. Let me tell you not only was he super friendly he was very considerate with my time and issue. he walked out saw my issue right away and came up with the solution to my problem right away. They charged me over $500 to replace a fuel solenoid on my JD riding mower. Took them 3 weeks to do the work. This is a $30 part that simply screws in. They charged me $130 to diagnose that, and did not remove that diagnostic charge from the repair cost. I'll never go back.

The worst outfit I've experienced in quite a long time. Bought a tractor there 40 years ago but now it's a disaster. Lazy stupid staff.

Mark Lopez did not know the difference between a lawnmower and a tiller. He thought the computer would tell him everything I would need to replace the spindle on my lawnmower, but I was holding the parts I needed right in front of him! Very rude and very unprofessional (has his phone out while he was serving me and cussed at least 10 times). The manager was also just as rude and did not help alleviate the situation! I will NEVER step foot here again.

A great staff however a terrible pricing structure. Charged in addition to labor and parts $300 to make a call 20 minutes from the store.
