Recently, I got a scooter lift (Bruno ASL-275) at United Access and was received the support from Ricardo Garcia, service manager. He was kind, caring, and courteous with my needs. There was an issue with the scooter lift being too low and scrape the ground on certain driveways, and he is currently assisting me with this problem. I also have got my hand controls here many times, since 2002, starting with my first car. This place is a great place for support with ADA equipment.
We had an amazing experience working with 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚 while buying a conversion car for our daughter. We visited several different dealerships, but no one came close to being as professional, helpful, and attentive as Jose. He truly made the entire process easy and stress-free. What a great experience renting from United Access. So friendly and accommodating. I wanted a wheelchair accessible van just for a day around the holidays so I could take my mom, who has advanced stage Alzheimer’s and bedridden, out to see the holiday lights and get out of the house for some time. This was perfect. Not only did we see holiday lights, but we were also able to go down to Seal Beach and push my mom down Main Street and the pier.
