Absolutely wonderful company to work with. They are incredibly accommodating, reply quickly, and rent out very nice wheelchair accessible vans that are in top shape.
Carrie was such a pleasure to work with the entire process was simple and straightforward. My mom recently had a stroke and we needed wheelchair transportation to take her to doctor's appointments. We picked up the van and could not have been more pleased. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and easy to use it made loading and un-loading a breeze. We will definitely use United Access the next time we need a wheelchair access vehicle. The ease and convenience of having the van for several days was well worth it.
Our experience with United Access was the best!!! Kevin is AWSOME he and Eric did an amazing job on our van the communication and explaining the job to us was very important and the time frame was perfect. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work especially caring for us that have our children in wheelchairs.
Rented a wheelchair accessible van for a family member while they were in town. Carrie was a great resource throughout the whole rental process. Just an overall pleasure to work with. Everyone is the office is also very helpful and nice.
