Terrible experience! Really high labor rates for very low quality mechanics. Didn’t have a clue what was wrong with my van. But they still charged me over $500 and didn’t get the problem fixed. They suggested that we should replace the motherboard, they gave an estimate for $2000 and no garentee that it would fix the issue. So I took the van to my neighbor and he looked at it and he showed m what it was in less that 15 minutes . I would to thank Pat Doherty and the rest of the team at United Access in Lenexa for the great job on my truck.
There are not enough STARS to give these guys. They were amazing when selling the van to my Dad, and even more amazing when buying it back a month later when he passed. Pat saw my Mom when we walked in and immediately gave her a hug and offered his condolences. I hope to never use them again, but will not hesitate to do so if needed.
