We rented a wheelchair-accessible van from United Access to move my disabled father, and it made a hard move so much easier. Every question got a quick answer, no back-and-forth, no runaround. They handled the details so we didn't have to worry about a thing. If you need an accessible van for a move, or for a loved one with mobility needs, I highly recommend United Access.
Tom Vohsen and the other folks at United Access assisted me in obtaining a wheelchair accessible van. I can't say enough about the quality of service that I received from Tom and his team. Truely exceptional and the van itself was a godsend. I rarely write on-line reviews but felt compelled to do so in this instance.
We were looking for a mobility scooter for my wife. After looking up this place online and seeing that they sold mobility scooters we decided to put them on our list of places to check out. We quickly discovered that if you are not looking for an expensive accessory lift for your vehicle you're not going to get any help from these people. My adapted seatbelt anchor for my accessible adapted 2016 Toyota Sienna van was broken and needed to be replaced. Its a custom part that would cost $300-400 or more to replace They found a compatible used seatbelt anchor, tested and made sure it worked with my front passenger seatbelt and adjusted it to the right length to fit perfectly.
