My adapted seatbelt anchor for my accessible adapted 2016 Toyota Sienna van was broken and needed to be replaced. Its a custom part that would cost $300-400 or more to replace They found a compatible used seatbelt anchor, tested and made sure it worked with my front passenger seatbelt and adjusted it to the right length to fit perfectly. I went there to sell my dad's van, but they were not able to offer a price we could agree on. My decision, not on them. During my visit, each employee took time to speak with me and treated me with respect, including the tech. I don't think I could have been treated better if I was purchasing a top of the line van with every imaginable option! They were all friendly, honest, and straightforward. We were in the St Louis area visiting family and our under the vehicle lift started malfunctioning and we had to use a 6 foot set of ramps to get my wife's wheelchair in and out of the van. I called the dealer near the airport but the quickest I could get an appointment was in 5 days which was 2 days after we would leave the area.
