I purchased a van from United Access just over a year ago and if I could give them six stars, I would. From my first interaction through the entire sales process, everything was smooth and pressure free. Nothing like the typical car dealership experience. Alan was patient, knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond. As a quadriplegic who drives, my van includes extensive customizations beyond the ramp. Our family enjoyed our experience renting a United Access HC van from their Chandler, AZ location. I was particularly appreciative that United Access picked us up at the Phoenix airport (PHX) in the wheelchair accessible van we rented, as well as returning us at the airport at the end of our five day vacation, back to the noted airport. The van itself was in excellent condition and the rental manager who was also our airport driver, Stell, helped to ensure our vacation was a great time!
