John really saved the day today! He tried to patiently help me solve my problem by talking through the issue over the phone. He was very patient, and his instructions were very clear! When I still couldn't figure it out, he said I could bring my accessible van by at 12:30. At 12:30 he was there. We went outside, and he patiently showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. John really saved the day today! I was having an issue with my accessible van, and called Performance Mobility. John got on the phone and patiently tried to talk me through my issue. He gave very clear instructions and took his time with me. When I could still not get it to work, he said I could bring it in at 12:30. John was there at 12:30 and came out and helped me. He fixed the issue and answered some extra questions I had. John's customer service was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this company.
