Excellent customer service. Exceptional help with an exchange to a better accessible van. Highly recommend this facility for their understanding.
My husband has had several vehicles (hand controls-installed)over the last 18 years . The most recent visit left us with disappointment due to the management and lack of communication and putting holes in our 2024 BMW that were 100% unnecessary. In addition, the billing is not very honest while trying to charge for work they did not do, example charging $600 to uninstall hand controls from an old vehicle (which were removed by us) prior to getting them reinstalled .
