We take care of my special needs brother-in-law. We paid $11,000 for an ADAPT SOLUTIONS base to be placed under the existing passenger seat of of truck so we could get him in and out of the truck safely. The seat remote started to beep last year so we found UNITED ACCESS and they fixed what needed to be done. Long overdue! I have been going to Auto Crafting now United Access since my first car in 2010...nothing but a great experiences. Every car I've had since, they work with me on taking out the equipment and adding it to the next car. The scheduling accommodations, pricing, customer service have all been excellent. It is very rare these days to have a business lead with compassion. And when I am ready for the next car, I'll be back lol. Thank you for providing great service!

Bought a van there about a 2 months ago. There was a chip in the windshield, they said they would fix. Still not fixed. Got a call from my mechanic today, it needs new brakes and rotors. The van definitely doesn’t get driven enough to go through breaks within two months. United Access definitely did not go through the van thoroughly before selling. Very disappointed!
Took my van I bought here for 6 month maintenance, drive home and my muffler fell off. Was accused of lying. Very upset, the manager was finally back after a week. They said they would replace the whole exhaust system, had my van for 5 days, and only replaced muffler. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here or taking it in for maintenance. They lie and are horrible. Many vehicle issues as well. Paid $600 to fix door and still does not operate correctly, tries to close while I’m getting my son strapped in.
