If you don't go here for your mobility needs you will be disappointed. Every single detail is given full attention. Management double, even triple checks everything from setting up the initial appointment to ensuring the 6 month appointment is scheduled. A superb establishment.

The BEST place to rent a wheelchair lift van. I've used them 2x and BOTH times the process was fast and easy. Mrs Karen is the BEST she has everything ready when you walk in. The vans are CLEAN & NEW. I wouldn't use any other place. Told them everytime I need a van I know where to come. Thanks again Karen.

I'm in a situation where I needed a lift for new wheelchair. The vehicle I currently was driving wasn't compatible with the lift I needed or the chair.. so I searched n searched for one that would be compatible before I purchased... I called time after time till I found one.. called United Access to verify before I bought... They confirmed it was compatible so I bought it ... Now 6 months later after insurance has approved everything, there's an issue with the vehicle not having an heavy duty cooling system or something else... read more

THE BEST... Wish I could give them 10 stars. From the 1st phone call to me returning the van, I had NOTHING BUT SUPERB SERVICE. Mrs Karen (LOL she's not a Karen LOL) is the BEST from when I called, weeks prior, and she told me about the rental process, day of, holding it cause I had to work later than planned, to the Return. I will be using them again. The van was VERY NEW and FULLY LOADED. Had a front to back moonroof, leather interior, rear TVs, etc.... I can't name them all, just a GREAT VAN and PEOPLE.
