The entire process of getting a modified vehicle at United Access in Arlington was a wonderful experience. The customer service and responsiveness was top notch. The instructions during the process, as well as instructions on operating the vehicle and its special features, were great. Eileen, Will, and Karen made sure to answer all of our questions. Eileen was there every step of the way.

Great and very honest company. I bring my handicap accessible minivan here for all services. Excellent staff. Sean and Jimmy are great at this location Had a wonderful experience!
The staff member was helpful in providing options for an interior cargo lift for a small wheelchair. It was tricky getting into the office because there was no direct straight in ramp. Instead from the parking lot the ramp had a sharp turn and the pavement was uneven.
The agent I'm working with is very professional and kind.
