Great Service and vans. Just don't wait to the last minute to try to rent
This is my first interaction with United Access . I must say; The staff seems to be nice and pleasant on the phone.However, it's not good business to have a customer waiting an extra 5 days. On top of the 7- 10.days that I was initially told that my transfer seat would take to come in. I began calling to see had it been delivered after 7 days. Or at least was there an ETA on it arriving. Then after the 12th day. I was informed that it was just being shipped to the Memphis Facility.
