Always so helpful. We first got our van from them in 2001 and now getting rentals from them. Always honest upfront and willing to go the extra mile to help.
I find it difficult to deal with erin. She is not Knowledgeable or skilled in the details of operating the Lyft.she is argumentative and confrontational. She pretends to care for the handicap people who come to her business, but that’s only when you are paying Customer. When you have problems afterward, she’s not helpful. In fact, she is counterproductive.The others in the office are very helpful and should be in charge of the location and the business.
I found it challenging to get accurate assistance from Claudia. While navigating to some issues. she was assigned dealer to assist me so whenever I called to United access I get redirected to her, like I have no choice but only her, and she act like a boss to me instead of doing her responsibilities.
