Multiple time costumer
Very very frustrating experience. I dropped off 2 vehicles for a hand control exchange on a Friday. And while I didn’t give united access a ton of heads up I was still very disappointed to find that next wenesdsy when I call them wondering when my car will be done I got told “oh we haven’t started yet we usually require a deposit”… that would have been nice to know when we dropped off the cars and confirmed how much it was going to cost. Or you call Monday about it. But no you drag your feet. Very very bad business and frust... read more
Cara was extremely helpful for me, renting a wheelchair accessible van. The transaction was smooth and I would definitely use them again, if needed.
