This business does not return calls and has not yet fixed my fiance's motorized chair to a safe standard. He once fell out of the chair because of a bump. One of the tip wheels came off. They fixed the chair tip wheel, but he still cannot safely go up or down hills or ramps. We have tried several times to get this fixed to better standards. He keeps trying, and for the money he is putting out for it, these people need to fix his chair.
Their customer service is horrible. I purchased a $ 20,000+ wheelchair and have had nothing but trouble with it. I have had the salesman, a service man, and even a manufacture rep. come to my house many many times and it has not been repaired to my liking. I am currently waiting on a "part" to fix but that has been a few months.
