Called because I got a set of sait .045 aluminum cut off wheels that have a bad center circle, they won't fit over the arbor of the grinder. They asked for a product number. Since it was an amazon order they said you have to deal with amazon. I just wanted to talk to their quality control about is this a new problem before I ordered any more. Nope can't talk to them. You have to deal with amazon. You just lost a sait customer of over 20 years.

United Abrasives is our preferred vendor of abrasives, and has been for over 30 years. The quality is unmatched - we never get defects or issues with products - and the pricing is excellent. With so many different companies out there that sell abrasives now, we are still sticking with our favorite!
We have been receiving wire wheels from United Abrasives, Inc. for at least 20 years through a distributor. We are a large engineering and manufacturer and have been in business for nearly 40 years. There was a major error made by UA where they labeled the wire wheel incorrectly. We ordered a stainless steel part number but actually received carbon steel.
