I was able to get into a rental vehicle when no other companies in town had any rentals available. Not only did they have great customer service, but they also were able to deliver my rental to my downtown hotel at no extra charge.

Called after car rental companies had no cars as a last resort. Talked to Victor who gave me a great quote for a rent and rent vehicle guy even offered to pick us up at airport. When we arrive in Anchorage airport to come pick us up he informs us he is cleaning out rental. We wait at pickup for 30 minutes I call again he said he was on his way. Then 10 minutes later he messages saying his grandmothers bday and he can’t make it. Absolutely embarrassing, called BEST BUY AUTO RENTAL got a better rate and newer car that wasn’t a... read more
