I don't give 1 star reviews. There is no company on planet earth that needs to be more regulated or put out of business than this airline. Period. A five minute "quick fix" took an hour to rectify. The mechanics moved with the pace of the unconcerned. The plane UA 2087 is a flying museum (Denver to IAD). It has zero business being in service forget actually flying people. The crew had no clue what was happening and simply milled around the cabin. The bar was low, but holy crap. This airline is nothing short of dreadful.

When checking bags in we were told our small suitcase is acceptable and can be carried on. I am in the military so there were options to check the bags in for free, which I did for my large luggage. When preparing to board the lady working stopped us and with disgust aimed at my wife, said our ticket did not allow carry on bags with wheels and went to check it and charge me $65. When my wife mentioned that “downstairs” the united rep said it would be fine with military so we decided NOT to check it for free. The united worke... read more

Excellent service by the attendant (morning shift, with glasses) in aisle 7 and person who ran my checked ski supplies to the plane. I checked in after the alottled time due to a delay in my shuttle and they were able to get everything processed and delivered in time for my flight departure, even after setting expectations that my bags would arrive after me. Love that I was able to track my bag status from the app. I didn't get their names in my rush but I appreciate them so much and they've continued to make my United exper... read more
