Clown show. Every single flight will be late no staff just apps.
My United flights have consistently experienced avoidable delays, unfortunately. I’ll have to stick with Delta from now on. I’ve had a much smoother experience with them. It’s too bad because United used to be one of my preferred airlines!
The most gimmicky of all the airlines. $400 for a 2.5 hr flight and I don't even get to bring a carry-on or choose my seat. No, I'd have to pay $90 more to do that. Remind me again how much extra **you** as a company have to pay for me to have access to the storage that is already on the plane? And how much more in gas does it cost for you to let **me** choose a seat? These airlines are the scam of a lifetime.
