Get old carpet smell. A little bit difficult to roll bag wheels because of carpet floor everywhere.
The rental car experience is a disaster. More than 60 people waiting in line. The line does not fit on sidewalk. The people getting off rental buses have to use same sidewalk as people trying to get on and there is not enough sidewalk space for that especially with luggage. It took longer to get to rental car location than the first leg of our trip here. Please do better. Next time, I will fly to Cedar Rapids to get to Marshalltown.
40 minute wait so far for bags at baggage claim. They unload one flight at a time, at a very slow pace. I’ve watched one entire flight get their bags and now watching another hoping maybe my flight is next.
I recommend signing up for that TSA pre check. Made getting through so much easier.
