We lost out on a day and a half of our vacation costing us quite a bit of money. The woman ar the desk at 5am on 4/17 did not know what she was doing and told us we couldn't fly that day because we didn't have the right documents... she was wrong. So when we showed up the next morning I tried to explain that we did have the right document and she refused to listen. The old blonde that worked friday and saturday, April 18th and 19th, mornings at 5 am refused to give us our boarding passes because she knew absolutely nothing about how Jamaican Etickets are attached TO THE PASSPORT and cost our group a collective 1500 dollars and one day less of our THREE day MENTAL HEALTH vacation. She claimed it was for our "safety" but we'll see if my lawyer agrees.

I don't suggest that anyone purchase tickets from United Airlines. It's among the strangest services I've ever seen.

I travel United now ONLY because of their Explorer card perks. I almost hate flying now. Flight attendants do nothing if passengers take extra luggage or both both pieces in overhead bins when only one should be. Not like the days gone by.
