Good, Honest and Reasonably Priced Auto Repair I've been taking my 1998 Subaru to these guys since I bought it. Above all else, they are honest mechanics. They will try to save you from expensive repairs if at all possible. They specialize in Japanese cars (Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru). Not good I read the reviews here and decided to take my car here instead of the Oakland subaru dealership to fix a broken head gasket back in December. They ordered a used engine that had only 30,000 miles on it and promised it would be as good as new. I moved to Athens, GA shortly after. I was going to drive, but opted to put my car on a shipping truck (that's a different story). I barely drove the car 500 miles and just last week, the 'check engine light' came on. Unitech Rocks This place rocks! My relatives go there too because they are honest and do good work. In the end, I always advocate people to ask around but they always end up at Unitech. As for cost, very reasonable .I'm not sure about the other reviewer but I can definitely say that Georgia labor rates are always going to be way cheaper -you think?!
Unitech is GREAT!!! These guys are great. Honest, reasonable, quick and reliable. I just moved to Berkeley and had some bad experiences with other shops, but I think I have found my go-to mechanics at Unitech.
