I have been a member for a year and this is the first exercise studio that I ever stuck with. I love it and go at least 4 times a week- I vary the classes so I don't' get bored. The instructors are so great and I love the variety of classes and times. The other members are so nice and I love that it is a female only studio
Great boutique gym! The flexible hours are great! Instructors are knowledgeable and passionate!
