Horrible, the therapists do not follow the American Counseling Association code of ethics. The receptionist gave me issues getting records that I am legally obligated too. They give the run around, really do not help people with mental health and act like they are scared/better than others. Further, the “owner” who replied, I’m not sure what you are talking about here. After 4 months of going, they gave me a bill for $750… after telling me everything was good and they have others on the same insurance as me. Ultimately caused more stress than what I originally went there for. EDIT TO ADD: My first visit was 07/02/25 and my first billing statement was posted 12/05/25 for $806, which increased after I had already stopped going and posted my original review. I’ve had an excellent experience at Unite. Everyone there has been welcoming and supportive and Becky is the best counselor I’ve ever had.
