I came to Unite for 1 week. I left feeling better than I’ve felt in 2 years. A great jumpstart back into eating right and working out. The staff is supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back in the future and staying longer.
If you are committed, this is a great way to jumpstart a change in your life. If you are going to come be committed, be prepared to work. Even though you do take walks in the park, this is not a walk in the park. It’s hard work but if you put your mind to it and do it you will see results. This is wholesome place. Not just for people interested in weight loss, but also a great fit for anyone looking for a kickstart, kick bad habits and even for a folks looking for a healthy vacation. The staff is incredibly genuine and authentic. The food is good and it really covers all facets of achieving a healthy balance in life.
Attending Unite Fitness Retreat is the best decision I have made for myself all year. The environment is not focused on quick weight loss, yet that occurs too. The purpose of Unite is to provide you with tools that you can implement into your own lifestyle for lasting weight loss success. The program changed my life in many ways.
Unite is awesome. I went for two weeks and it has changed my life is so many positive ways. I think differently about myself. The best part about Unite is the trainers. They are fantastic. All I can say is that they love you and that makes all the difference. There is never a good time to go, you just have to block out time and go.
Great staff, they both encourage and push you, if you're trying to decide what camp to go to, go here. You won't regret it.
