Colleen is a great instructor, as all the instructors at Unite. It's a great community of people, very supportive especially for someone like me just startng out. Highly encourage you to check out Unite Fitness.

Fun workout with Brenna, great instruction, emphasis on safety of movement much appreciated.
This was my first class at Unite. I absolutely loved it. I did yoga sculpt with Jesse, and she rocked it! I like that this gym offers yoga along with heavy weightlifting classes. Really happy to have found this special place.
