Great instructors (especially Stephanie and Brenna!), good class schedule. I’m so happy I joined this gym! They've truly built a fitness community, and their classes cater to all fitness levels. I also love their focus on the whole body with education on stretching, mobility and nutrition.
Angela is fantastic! Energetic, expert fitness knowledge, attentive to individual and group needs simultaneously. Her classes are a must!!
