Love this fantastic local gym! Everyone who teaches and works there is a delight, and you can feel the care and knowledge they put into each class. Each class is unique, very dynamic and brutal in the best ways! One month in and I can definitely feel several positive differences in my body. Thank you Unite team!
I love Unite! I like the variety of workouts and that someone else thought through a well rounded workout so I didn’t have to.
You can go in and out of there and get a really good workout. You could go easy or hard depending on how you're feeling that day. The coaches are great about correcting your form and offering alternatives to the movement if it is not in your wheelhouse.
