The most appalling, unprofessional organisation and management. Considering taking action via ACCC. Strata managers rarely respond to emails, refuse to source more than one quote for owners and do not follow up actions or quote confirmations (resulting in one owner waiting 18mth for approval for a simple repair). Absolutely Disgusted with Unitcare's Service Their Rating of 2.5 stars is misleading, this should be ZERO and unsure how they are still in business. I am absolutely disgusted and dissatisfied with the lack of service provided by Unitcare. Despite charging a management fee, they consistently fail to meet even the most basic requirements expected from a strata management company. Unfortunately there's not anything redeeming to say about UnitCare. They have non-existent communication and their customer service is appalling. I once forwarded emails that had not been actioned by a property manager back over to her to follow up. I phoned her to chase them up and instead of apologising for not doing her job she very curtly asked 'why have you sent me three emails in a row?'. They don't respond to emails. They don't return phone calls. Avoid at all costs!
Another Body Corporate claiming to be different but is operating in the 90s and doesn't do video calls for its AGM's. Twice in a row now with a pathetic excuse given as to why they don't facilitate a video call for a once in a year meeting.. MD clearly does not care about SLA's and managers don't show enough accountability to warrant a higher tier service as well as evident internal miscommunication.
