I would not recommend that anyone use this provider. They try to market themselves as a full service professional provider but they do not let you know that they have a single provider (Lewis) taking all patients and one receptionist. The provider only takes appointments 1 day a week and you are unable to reach them directly. The only way to communicate with them is by calling their receptionist who then shares your message with the provider.
