Michele is wonderful! Everything is so always clean and the environment is appropriately relaxing. The infared has helped me significantly with detoxing from mold, pain and inflammation. Wish I could go every day:)
Wife wanted to try out the infrared sauna so we booked an intro session. Michelle, greeted us and gave us the run down of how everything works etc. Got up to 155. We plan on going back.
